Heritage Dental Center receives strong praise from long-term and satisfied patients who highlight the friendly, caring staff and skilled dentists who excel at patient comfort and explanation. However, significant concerns exist around appointment availability for urgent issues, insurance acceptance policies that discriminate against new patients, and a critical incident involving a referred endodontist refusing sedated patients.
